The Goods for sale in our webshop are manufactured in our workshop, with respect for the ceramic processes and current regulations in relation to ceramics.
The Goods are handmade which means that there may be slight variations in shape and colour (even on the same model) compared to the image on the webshop. The exception is unique items, which are individually photographed on the webshop.

Conditions of use

For cleaning, all kinds of common household products can be used.
• Dishwasher safe but avoid hard knocks and mechanical stress.
• When used in the oven, avoid thermal shocks (e.g. do not pour cold water into a hot dish) and the product must be filled when placed in the oven.
• Withstands freezing, but not if filled with a liquid mass that expands in the freezer.
If there is a drainage hole (e.g. in a garden pot) make sure it is not blocked.
• Large pots that are intended to be left outside all year round must be secured with the anchor that we offer and install.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Dankort) or by bank transfer. If you use a credit card, the transaction is carried out via an encrypted and secure connection (SSL) and only PBS has access to the payment data.
For the purchase of jars, the amount is withdrawn when the item is shipped.
For the purchase of courses, the amount is withdrawn from the buyer's account 4 weeks before the start of the course. 

Special conditions for the purchase of courses

In case of cancellation of the course 4 weeks before the start of the course, the entire purchase will be cancelled/refunded and up to 10 days before the start of the course, 75% of the course price will be refunded. In case of later cancellation, 25% of the amount will be refunded.
If another student can take the place, the full amount will be refunded.
If we are forced to cancel the course, the full amount will be returned.


Goods are dispatched between 1 and 3 working days after confirmation of payment. We try to ship as soon as possible. Shipment is by Postnord. Shipping prices and delivery times are indicated when ordering.
Delivery can be made to the specified address or a parcel delivery point.
You are responsible for providing the correct address and for being able to receive the package at the address. If the package is returned for failure to meet these obligations, you will be charged for the return cost.

Receipt of the shipment

If the package is damaged, we encourage you to reject it or contact the carrier. If any parts are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. In all cases, we encourage you to document your damage with photos.

Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from receival of your package (or the last package) in your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You must first notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal by using the online form on our site or printing it, filling it out and sending it to us physically or by email.
As in a physical shop, you can touch and see the goods received, but without actually using them.
If the item is returned, the price of the item and the shipping (standard shipping) will be refunded, provided the item is received in its original condition.
Any damage, traces of use or wear will be deducted from the purchase price. By using the item, you accept this condition. In cases where only a partial return of the order takes place, the shipping costs will not be refunded.  For courses and separately ordered items, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once they have been held or received.

Return shipment

The cost and responsibility of return shipping is yours until we receive the item at our address. You remain responsible for any damage that may occur in transit or due to inadequate packaging. Packaging and tightly packed box fill all the way around the item is essential.
You can also deliver the item here at the workshop, as long as we have been informed. We do not accept parcels sent COD or to a parcel box.


Refunds (full or partial) will be made within fourteen days of receipt of your return shipment using the same payment method as the purchase unless you specify otherwise. If your return shipment is not received at our workshop, you must be able to prove that it has taken place.


The Goods are guaranteed leakproof, durable and frost-proof (see conditions of use).
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal signs of wear - here we mean slight dulling of the glaze, possible craquelure of the glaze all within acceptable proportions. Use of dishwasher is possible, knowing that it accelerates the aforementioned signs of wear.
• Cracks and chips caused by careless handling or impact.

• If the conditions of use are not respected.

• Uses that are not in accordance with the use for which the product was designed.

Warranty period

The 24-month legal warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

Application of the warranty

You must first contact us (email or form) to assess whether the warranty can apply. If this is the case, we will examine whether it is necessary to return the defective product. The cost of return transport is our responsibility, but you are responsible for the correct packaging of the item. Send us a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund it.
When you apply for the guarantee, please make clear why you want to use the guarantee and whether you prefer an exchange of the item or a refund of the item.

Limitations of liability

The application of the warranty to our product is limited to the full or partial refund or exchange of the product, including possible transport costs. The warranty does not cover other types of damage.

Workshop warranty

The large vases covered by the guarantee against frost and bad weather are extended to 48 months if the above conditions of use are complied with.
